Goal

 How to determine if 4500 is equipped with CPU1 or CPU2.

Solution

You can perform acli command "show version boot" (included in support-info printout) and look for cpu processing speed:
2.00GHz are CPU1
2.53GHz are CPU2

Also, if you can see the Product ID label on the system, The 5th digit in the p/n identifies the CPU type.

800-x0xx-xx is a CPU1.

 

800-x1xx-xx is a CPU2.

 

You  may  also run a show prom info command. The CPU will either be 102-0008-61 or 102-0026-62.

 

102-0008-61 is a CPU1.

 

102-0026-62 is a CPU2.
