Goal

Is it supported to use Exadata and ODA (Oracle Database Appliance) servers as LDAP clients for all OS login using LDAP authentication?

Solution

Yes, LDAP authentication for Database Servers (compute nodes) on Exadata and ODA (Oracle Database Appliance) is supported, but not on Cell Servers (Exadata Storage Servers).
