Goal

Unable to use ILOM Remote Console on Exadata components.
When the Java Remote Console window opens following error comes .

'Video redirection error'

'Unknown video packet type:60'

'Unknown video packet type:112'

ILOM Video Error

Firewall is also enable in this environment.

Solution

Required ports are not open in this environment.

All ports required for ILOM functions must be open.
