SolutionAs explained on Brocade community "SFP voltage below Low Threshold" You have to check the data sheet of your SFP if the reported values are within the technical specs or not.
FabricWatch reports some defaults which may not fit to this specific SFP. On our case, from switchshow command we can see the slot and port number for index 16 and 25 : Index Slot Port Address Media Speed State Proto
