Goal

How to Collect Logs from a Solaris 11 Server connected to Oracle Fabric Interconnect Chassis

Solution

1. Download the file xsigo-support.sh provided by support to any directory on the Solaris host

2. Run "chmod 777 xsigo-support.sh" from  the same directory where you copied the .sh file.

3. To gather the OVN/Xsigo support logs, run the command "./xsigo-support.sh"

The above command would generate support log file with filename.tar.gz

Send this created tar.gz file to Oracle/Xsigo support for further analysis.
