Goal

 Follow proper recovery procedures for a VSM that has gone through VIM Recovery

Solution

Correct recovery of a VTSS (VSM) that has gone through VIM Recovery requires the active engagement of the customer, hardware support and software support.

Special recovery procedures must be followed.  Access to these recovery procedures can be provided by either hardware support or software support.

DO NOT audit the VTSS (VSM) until instructed to do so.
