I have these version and I need to know if everything is ok to proceed with the upgrade.
Currently I have KMA Build 842.4

ILOM : FW 3.23 BIOS S39_3D15
SCA CARD Code 1.1.2

a) from the build version you mentioned, 842.4, I can tell you that this is build is...

Build 842.4 Version 2.2 Replication Version 11 2009

You could check this by looking the build version up in document : Oracle Support Document 1532878.1 (Oracle Key Manager - Build, Version, and Patch Matrix)

b) looking into the readme of patch 16185022 : ORACLE KEY MANAGER (OKM) 2.5.2 FIRMWARE - SOLARIS
we see:

This patch includes the OKM Manager 2.5.2 firmware which existing OKM 2.3,
2.3.1, 2.4, 2.4.1, 2.5, or 2.5.1; *OR* KMS (Key Management System) 2.2, 2.2.1
or 2.2.2 customers may use to upgrade their Key Management Appliances (KMAs).

KMS 2.0.2 or 2.1 KMAs must first be upgraded to KMS 2.2.2 (recommended),
2.2.1 or 2.2 before they can be upgraded to OKM 2.5.2.

You will also need to upgrade your ELOM/ILOM to the latest f/w version as well as your

OKM graphical user interface. Download the appropriate version for either Windows or

Solaris from the Patches and Updates tab in MOS. (My Oracle Support)
