GoalWhere to find BCR failure code. SolutionBCR means: Bar Code Reader, its a HP acronym for a error which you can find on the Operator Control Panel (OCP) of the SL24 and SL48 Libraries. The OCP error log displays: Err 0: 9B 43 15, Enter for Text . The code 9B is the main error code, 43 is the error sub-code, and 15 is sub-code specific information for factory use only. The Date/Time is in the format: YYYY-MM-DD and the hours will be in 24h clock format.
