GoalA monitor trace will capture important information for analysis when you start the trace and recreate the issue. SolutionHow to start a monitor trace from SL Console on SL500, SL3000, or SL8500: - To start the monitor trace you would log into SLC and Click on Tools at the top left. Note: Like all logs generated on the SL Console of the library itself you cannot save the file. The same goes for generating a Spool File. It can be done on the Library Console but to save the file you will need to perform the above actions from a desktop version SLC.
