Goal

Is it possible to change the Master Key?

Solution

If the master key used to encrypt the data is lost or changed, the data that were encrypted using the Master key will not be retrieved from the tapes they are on. This is the reason we emphasize that core security backup is critical.
Additional information regarding Master keys are found in the System Assurance Guide and Security White Paper documents - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26076_02/index.html

The only way that the master key can change is by creating a new OKM and then, create Transfer Partners with the old OKM.  The data units can then be exported from the old OKM and then imported into the new OKM.
