Solution
For replacement of lost transaction codes.
If above steps do not resolve situation a Oracle Service Request (SR) can be created for the specific Brocade FC Switch using switches serial number. Provide following information: - The serial number of the switch. Verify Switch is under active maintenance contract and is not EOSL. <Document 1947447.1> Verifying Entitlement on Brocade Fibre Channel (FC) Switch Service Request (SR) <Document 1622649.1> Oracle Fibre Channel (FC) Switch "Last Ship Dates (LSD)" and "Support End Dates(SED)" (ie EOl/EOSL) Information
The Oracle support engineer can then engage Brocade support to address request. L1 Oracle TSE would need to open a collab SR for L2 FC Switch TSE who is authorized to open Brocade case. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
