Oracle Enterprise Tape Analysis and Data Recovery services consist of analyzing the integrity of tape media and/or data from tape media and determining the nature of the issues as reported by you. The Oracle Enterprise Tape Analysis and Data Recovery services are provided under Oracle Premier Support for Systems. In order to receive Oracle Enterprise Tape Analysis and Data Recovery services, you must have an active Oracle Premier Support for Systems support contract with Oracle.
