Goal

Need to collect the logs from an XMS server

Solution

To get the logs, click on the Screwdriver Icon and from the pull-down menu select “Download XMS Log Files”

Select “All”, then, when prompted (this might take a couple of minutes) point it to a directory on your local machine.

This will download the log bundle to your local machine.
