Goal

 How to troubleshoot suspected IB connectivity issues

Solution

 In Xsigo XgOS versions prior to 2.8.5 you have to login to the IO Director as user 'root' to run:

# ibcheckerrors
# ibclearerrors
 
In XgOS versions 2.8.5 and above you can login as user 'admin' and run these commands:

Command below will show 'ibcheckerrors' in output:
# show diagnostics ofed

This command is the same as 'ibclearerrors':
# set diagnostics ib-clear-counters

Show IB errors for server plus IO Card#:
# show diagnostics ib-path <servername> IOP#
