SolutionEnhanced Quality of Service (EQoS) requires version R5.4. By default, EQoS is disabled in R5.4. A special utility is required to enable it and in order to obtain a copy of this utility, customers must open a service request. This utility can only be executed from a Windows based platform.
Internal Only Section Support personnel can find the utility on the call home server ca-tsc-scanlog-02.us.oracle.com in the /home/cs/tools/EQoS directory. Only the strictQoS.exe file needs to be given to the customer. A README/Help document is attached to this KM Doc. Prior to using this utility, the following requirements must be met:
Command syntax: strictQoS [Axiom Pilot Fully Qualified Name or IP Address] [-e] [-d] [-s] [-h /h -help help] -e = enable -d = disable -s = show status -h = help
Example of the enable option:
strictQoS.exe 10.20.30.40 -e
Clearing any open Console Sessions.

The tool cannot send commands to that RAID Controller to ENABLE / DISABLE / Check Status of Strict QoS. Please resolve the connection issue and rerun the tool.
