Goal

How to collect logs from a Windows Host running OVN_Windows drivers

Solution

Navigate to

Start->run->cmd

this will open windows command prompt.

- Cd \%systemDrive%\Program files\Xsigo systems\support

- run Cscript xsigosupport.vbs

This will create a zip bundle under \%systemDrive%\Program files\Xsigo systems\support.

- Send this created zip file to Oracle/Xsigo support for further analysis.
