In this Document
Applies to:Oracle Fabric Interconnect F1-15 - Version All Versions and laterOracle Fabric Interconnect F1-4 - Version All Versions and later Information in this document applies to any platform. GoalOracle (Xsigo) Support requests logs to be collected from ESX/i Servers for analysis. How can these logs on ESX/i VMware Servers be collected? SolutionOracle/Xsigo Support created a script called 'xsigo-support'. This script is merely a wrapper for the native VMware 'vm-support' script. You should run this script from /tmp or /root of the ESX/ESXi Server. For later releases of ESXi, just run the native VMware vm-support script, it too will gather all necessary information. There has been a problem with later versions of ESXi where the "xsigo-support' script will not extract correctly when uploaded and extracted on Oracle logging servers. Therefore, please run the native VMware 'vm-support' script from /tmp folder on the ESXi host Here are script options:.
