The Oracle ILOM web interface supports Internet Explorer, the Fabric Monitor does not.
when you select the fabric monitor the display constantly shows "loading" and never provides any further data.
This issue is a known issue in the 2.0 release for both NM2-36P and GW. It is documented in the release notes.

To access Fabric Monitor in 2.0 fw,use the URL directly in Firefox as follows:
https://xx.xx.xx.xx/FabricMonitor
where xx.xx.xx.xx is Ip address of Ib switch.

Goal

Fabric Monitor does not support Internet Explorer6+ before switch Fw V2.1
 

Solution

This is a known issue with IE browser CR 7099249
Support for IE6+ has been added in switch fw v2.1 which is still under development.
As a workaround please use other browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
