Solution Type Technical Instruction Sure Solution 1512406.1 : Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance: How to Setup Autohome with Active Directory
This document shows an example of setting up the Autohome feature on a ZFS Storage Appliance (aka 7000) with Active Directory. The ZFSSA Autohome feature allows home directories to automatically be created and mounted on a Windows client, when the user logs into their PC using their Active Directory credentials. It frees administrators from having to create individual shares for every user. This further allows you to use the snapshot feature of ZFSSA and allow end users to do their own 'self restores' from snapshots. In this Document
