Fix

1. Create a RAID volume (RAID 0,1, 5 etc):
2. Select "Manage Array" > Select the Array and press "Ctrl+S" for dedicated hot spare and "Ctrl+G" for global hot-spare. You will get a "Hot-Spare Management" screen:
3. Select one or more drive and press "Insert"
4. Press "Enter" to save and exit
5. Enter ‘y’ and exit
