When opening a Service Request (SR) for a FC Switch-Based Connectivity issue please provide appropriate output below. If the SR is not opened under the FC Switch CSI or serial number then state in SR whether the FC Switch is under Oracle support or not.
Solution SupportSave output is perferred but if you can not collect for some reason collect SupportShow and state reason why unable to collect supportsave.
