Goal

The purpose of this article is to show how to find Pillar Axiom firmware and patches in My Oracle Support (MOS). Once you have your firmware, you may find the following useful:

Solution

  1. Log into My Oracle Support Portal.

  2. Select the 'Patches & Updates' tab

  3. If you have the MOS Patch Number enter it in the simple search screen and press Search, as shown below:

    If you do not have the MOS Patch Number, use the Advanced Search:

    1. In the 'Patch Search' frame, click on 'Product or Family (Advanced)'.

    2. In 'Product is', enter your System Model (Ex: Pillar Axiom 600 Storage System or just "Axiom") and select your System Model or product from the drop-down list.

    3. Click on the drop-down list for the "Release is" and select the release you need.

      Advanced search


      Note: For platform-dependent software such as APM, perform these additional steps:

      - In front of 'Platform is', Click on 'Select up to 5' and select your Operating System.
      - If you want the Current Revisions only, Click on the '+' on your right, at the end of the line 'Platform is', then Click on 'Select Filter', Select 'Classification', Click on 'Any' and select 'General'.
