Goal

This document (Video)  describes how to gather a Brocade "supportSave" using the Windows OS.  This document is specific to being directly connected with a Windows based laptop to a Brocade FC switch via ethernet crossover cable or on a LAN.

Solution

It is sometimes necessary to directly connect via a laptop to a Brocade FC switch in order to obtain support data.  This video demonstrates the procedure necessary to obtain a supportSave when directly connected with a Windows based laptop.
