################################### A system board should not be replaced without first having the fault diagnosed and verified by Oracle TSC. Please ensure you have an open active SR with Oracle TSC.
Oracle TSC team will email partner engineer the correct MB replacement procedure. This procedure may be updated over time so its a requirement that TSC provides the current procedure for all new replacements. Oracle ZFSSA Support team should review the MB replacement procedure from the field WIKI and email a copy to the partner engineer.
Oracle ZFSSA Support team should work with Partner engineer and provide any additional assistance if required. Some procedures require service mode password gen which has a limited lifespan so Support will need to work with partner team to plan the replacement ( L1 Team if you are unsure of how to proceed or have access issues to the Field Wiki please engage L2 via a collab and request they assist you or work direct with Partner ) ###################################
