Solution

StorageTek Library Console (SLC)

The StorageTek Library Console (SLC) is used to manage the library
- Check status
- Configure Library
- Perform diagnostics
- Perform various utilities
SLC can be used remotely on the SL500, SL3000 and SL8500.
SLC can be accessed locally through the Op Panel on SL3000 and SL8500.
Some features are only available remotely.

Start SLC program and select Help (this of course can also be done while already logged on to the library, by selecting Help than Contents)

Which will take you to following new window.

In this window you will have the option to search and or just read through to the current installed functions and features of your SLC version.
