DISPATCH INSTRUCTIONS
- WHAT SKILLS DOES THE ENGINEER NEED:
Trained on the L180/L700/L1400 library hardware.
- TIME ESTIMATE: 60 minutes

FIELD ENGINEER INSTRUCTIONS:
- PROBLEM OVERVIEW
Need to collect Statistical and Error Logs on L180/L700/L1400 for troubleshooting problem with library hardware.
- WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE
RESOLUTION ACTIVITY?
The library can be operational when collecting this data.

- WHAT ACTION DOES THE ENGINEER NEED TO TAKE:
The following are recommended logs to collect using CLI.  These logs are downloaded from the CSE (Serial Port) on the library.
- cli> fsc print
- cli> version
- cli> drive all
- cli> stat all
- cli> libstate
- cli> cartridge

The above logs will need to be collected at the site by the CSE.

Note:
Refer to the L700/L1400 Service Manual for information on CLI.

Once the logs have been captured, they should be attached to the Service Request for review.

CSE = Customer Service Engineer
CLI = Command Line Interface
