Goal

You are unable to reach the PDU's via web browser.

This error is seen:

The connection has timed out.
The server at mynode-pdua is taking too long to respond.

Solution

1) Ensure that the PDU's are reachable and that there is no
    network issue.

    $ nslookup <pdu-ip>
    $ nslookup <pdu-name>

    $ ping <pdu-ip>
    $ ping <pdu-name>

2) If there are no network errors that need to be addressed, ensure the PDU's were setup during Exadata install.

If not, then a FSE needs to be dispatched to setup the PDU per the EIS install checklist, or the customer can set it up using the procedure in the Owner's Guide:
