Goal
The goal is to instruct the FSE that due to contractual agreements, no technical triage will be performed prior to field dispatch for NSG government customers. Used by CAS to be ATR compliant.
Solution
Contractual agreements for this Government customer site require an immediate dispatch to the Field Support Engineer.
Technical issues for this site are not triaged remotely by the Oracle Technical Solution Center prior to dispatch.
All triage and resolution is to be performed onsite by the Field Support Engineer.
Once onsite, the FSE can reach the Oracle Technical Solution Center at +1-800-223-1711 if technical assistance is needed.
