- PROBLEM OVERVIEW: HITRACK DRIVE BLOCKADE(DRIVE ERROR), HDD
- WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE
RESOLUTION ACTIVITY?:
No pre-work required

- WHAT ACTION DOES THE ENGINEER NEED TO TAKE:
1. Replace Failed Drive (indicated in FRU Location) following SVP and Maintenance Manual instructions.

2. Confirm Drive Replacement in SVP.

3. Access Information Section of SVP to Clear and Complete SIM.

CONFIRM THE FIX BY:

Confirming the Copyback Started SIM is received by viewing SIM log for copyback message.

OBTAIN CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
- WHAT ACTION DOES THE CUSTOMER NEED TO TAKE TO RETURN THE SYSTEM TO
AN OPERATIONAL STATE:
No action from customer is required.
