5. WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE
RESOLUTION ACTIVITY?
Power off the system and remove the cover
Remove the air duct.
Disconnect the two power supply cables from the motherboard and power supply connections to the hard drives.
Remove the bracket with the captive screw.
Remove the power supply.
To Install the Power Supply
Position the power supply over the chassis power-supply cage.
Insert the power supply into the chassis and push it forward so that it is flush with the back panel.
Install the power supply bracket on top of the power supply tab and fasten the captive screw.
Connect two of the power supply cables to the motherboard and one cable to the SATA backplanes.
Check the routing of all cables for obstructions, and then reinstall the cover.
