SolutionWhen opening a new Service Request for the ZFS Storage Appliance (S7xxx NAS) product, please use the serial number of the storage controller (not the serial number of an attached J44xx device). For an S7xxx Cluster configuration, the serial number of either storage controller (server) can be used. Using the correct serial number will prevent delays during initial SR assignment.
