License key expired
Original key not generated correctly
Options purchased not enabled

Solution

1. Contact the local Oracle Sales Representative to purchase an option.

2. If the option was purchased and not enabled, contact local Sales Representative and have them request the license key to be regenerated. A Purchase Order or Sales Order required.

3. To submit the request, go to the following link: Oracle License Codes

Note: Oracle no longer supports VTL software, as of Dec. 31st 2013. Contact FalconStor Support for further support.
