Solution 1325606.1 : KMS/OKM - 2.4 ASR Support

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

KMS/OKM 2.4 ASR support.

OKM 2.4 is not released yet until July 2011.
Oracle Key Manager - Version: 2.4 and later, not supported with 2.3.

Solution

If customer wants to implement ASR(Auto Service Request) support from KMS/OKM in 2.4 and above
It requires an X4170 KMA, X2100 and X2200 servers will not support ASR call home feature.

Customer will need to replace KMA nodes to X4170 servers.

They should engage sales on ordering an upgrade from X2100/X2200 servers to X4170.

However, currently ASR on the x4170 M2 KMA platforms is also not fully functional, please see the following knowledge article:
