PROBLEM OVERVIEW:
Key Broken

WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE RESOLUTION ACTIVITY? :

A data backup is not a pre-requisite but is a wise precaution.
The customer should conduct an orderly software system shutdown.

WHAT ACTION DOES THE ENGINEER NEED TO TAKE:
1. Power off the server
2. Replace the door key switch

3. Wear an antistatic band to avoid the electrostatic discharge
4. Remove the front section of the lid assembly
5. Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the keyswitch assembly
6. Remove the locknut on the back of the keyswitch assembly
7. Remove the keyswitch assembly through the server's front panel
8. Locate the new keyswitch assembly through the server's front panel
9. Tighten the locknut onto the back of the keyswitch
10. Reconnect the wiring harness

Changing all the 4 positions of key and verifying it works

WHAT ACTION DOES THE CUSTOMER NEED TO TAKE TO RETURN THE SYSTEM TO AN OPERATIONAL STATE:
Followup the start-up procedure as set by sys-admin
