The customer should conduct an orderly software system shutdown. WHAT ACTION DOES THE ENGINEER NEED TO TAKE: Caution - All power cords must be disconnected to completely remove power from the server. Caution - Use proper ESD grounding techniques when handling components.Below steps for cold replacement 1. Shutdown the domain 2. Replace the new Graphics card from the cassette after confirming the correct location of Graphics card 3. Power on the domain 4. Confirm the hardware.
