GoalHow to remove and replace a Starcat Fan BackplaneSolutionCAP PROBLEM OVERVIEW: Fan backplane to be replaced.DISPATCH INSTRUCTIONS WHAT SKILLS DOES THE ENGINEER NEED: Starcat training, familiarity with SMS command set TASK COMPLEXITY: 4 TIME ESTIMATE: 240 minutes DELIVERY REQUIREMENT: This procedure requires an extended outage on all domains, to be negotiated with the customer during contract hours. TASK COMPLEXITY: 4 FIELD ENGINEER INSTRUCTIONS WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE RESOLUTION ACTIVITY? : 1.
