When a drive is part of a RAID volume, you do not need to unconfigure it before swapping it with a new drive. Part NOTE: When replacing PN 540-7869 (300GB), YOU MUST CHANGE THE DISK PART NUMBER TO 542-0388 on all T3, T5xx0, and T3-1B blade disk replacement (300GB).
