FIELD ENGINEER INSTRUCTIONS
PROBLEM OVERVIEW:

This Fault Symptom Code indicates a memory component has reached a threshold or has completely failed, depending on if it is a correctable error

CONFIRM THE FAULT BY CHECKING:
Fault code on SVP

WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE RESOLUTION ACTIVITY? :
Normal state
WHAT ACTION DOES THE ENGINEER NEED TO TAKE:

Replace the failed dimm or cache PCB indicated in the SIM following the SVP and Maintenance Manual instructions. If it is a dimm, the location will be provided by the SVP.

CONFIRM THE FIX BY:

OBTAIN CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
