SL8500 - Part Number for Complete Pulley Assembly on Z-Frame Elevator Module

Solution

Part number for complete pulley assembly on Z-frame elevator module.
This part is needed occasionally when the bearing wears out or becomes noisy.

Part numbers are as follows:
Refer to the picture attached to this solution for reference.

Should there be a problem with any part of the pulley, the whole pulley sub-assembly can be ordered via Field Logistics.

- The Right elevator pulley assembly is: PN 419804601
- Left elevator pulley assembly is:  PN 419804501

Refer to the Pulley Replacement Instructions attached to this issue for removal/replacement information.

In the unlikely event that the whole Z Frame elevator module needs to be replaced,
Refer to ...    SL8500 - Part Number for Z- Frame Elevator Assembly (Doc ID 1022271.1)
(Very big, expensive, engineering need to be engaged and only one or two replaced in the field)

Information concerning pulley assembly replacement:

Both belt tension settings are self adjusting, engineering originally did not want the field to deal with them but it was determined that the dis-assembly and assembly could be accomplished without too much challenge.

If there are problems getting the elevator pulleys via Field Logistics, Phil Garcia is keeping some available at his desk.
