 KMS ELOM, Firmware upgrade Procedure, 2.x, 2.0, BIOS









Goal


This document describes the procedures that should be used in conjunction with the firmware upgrade procedures documented in " Embedded Lights Out Manager Admin Guide for the Sun Fire X2200 M2 and Sun Fire X2100 M2 Servers".


Solution


The attached procedure takes about 10 minutes to complete and should be scheduled appropriately since the KMA being upgraded will be disconnected from the KMS cluster.
