Goal

How to turn off "Auto Clean" feature on library.

Solution

Remove the labeled cleaning cartridge(s) from the reserve cell(s) and IPL the library.
Refer to the L180/L700 or L1400 Operator's Guide for specific locations of the reserve cells.

The L-series library provides very user friendly capability for enabling auto clean. Additional information on auto clean is available in the L180, L700 or L1400 Install Manuals.
