There has been confusion on what serial number to use on the SL500 to get the Activation passwords.

Example: Incorrect serial number found on base units.

SN: BAS50002000535 & SN: 10200601000083 -

These are not valid serial numbers ---- Activation password cannot be acquired with these numbers.

Solution:

The correct serial numbers for the SL500 base unit will start with 522, 533, 557 or 559.

Example - 559000100565 or 557000100565 --522000000565 or 533000000565

SL500 RoHS: S/N 557 or 559

SL500 non RoHS: S/N 522 or 533
