How to tell if cleaning cart is expired
Expiration
Cleaning cartridge

Solution

LCD panel will display "*" (asterisk) in the status display if there is an expired cleaning cartridge.

Alternatively, examine the FSC log for any 4288 (cleaning cart expired), or 4289 (cleaning cart warning) messages.

Should the cleaning cartridge be confirmed as expired, these should be replaced with new cartridges.

If further assistance is needed a service request can be opened up to determine what is needed.

A CSE will be needed to pull error log information.
