Goal

How To Set Hard Addressing in L700e library.

Solution

This document describes L700 - How To Set Hard Addressing.
See page 3-12 of the L700E Operator's Guide.

Steps to Follow
How To Set Hard Addressing:
1. On L700e's operator panel, hit menu to access the main menu.
2. Path from main menu = Configuration -> Choose Drive -> Drive config, hit select.
3. Toggle Hard Addressing to ENABLED. Hard address will be set to 0.
4. Repeat for each drive that needs to use hard addressing.

NOTE:
This is also good for the L180 and L1400 library.
