Goal

Earlier versions of Advanced Lights Out Management (ALOM) do not output the seeprom information for SCSIBP.SEEPROM when using the showfru ALOM command.
Using ALOM 1.2 and ALOM 1.3, the SCSI.SEEPROM does not show the 'crc test fail' message. Using ALOM versions 1.4 through 1.5.5, it starts to fail the crc test on the content of the fruprom.

Fix

Steps to Follow
ALOM version 1.5.5 and lower do not print FRU_PROM at SCSIBP.SEEPROM information. Instead the showfru output may show the following:

FRU_PROM at SCSIBP.SEEPROM
ERROR: crc test failed
Failed to print information.

To address this issue upgrade to the latest available ALOM version. ALOM versions 1.6.1 and higher output the correct information.
