SolutionSteps to Follow On the Galaxies (Sun Fire[TM]X4100/Sun Fire[TM]X4200/Sun Fire[TM]X4600): -> show /SP/logs/event/list
-> set /SP/logs/event clear=true On Sun Blade[TM]8000 Modular System: -> show /CH/BLx/SP/logs/event/list
-> set /CH/BLx/SP/logs/event clear=true On Sun Fire[TM] X2100 M2/Sun Fire[TM] X2200 M2(ELOM): -> show /SP/AgentInfo/SEL
-> set /SP/AgentInfo/SEL clear=action On the Sun Fire[TM] v20z/Sun Fire[TM] v40z Servers: # sp delete event --all
2. Clear the logs by ipmitool in the OS for Solaris or Linux: <ipaddr_ilom> # /usr/sfw/bin/ipmitool -I lan -H <IP_Address> -U root sel clear
