Fix

Steps to Follow
Steps to Follow

The SunFire High and MidRange Server products utilize a special console device
called /sgcn. This device setting is used for the "input-device" and "output-
device" to direct the console output.

The SunFire High and MidRange Server platforms have a System Controller,(SC)
which provides a single serial interface to access the platform shell and each
configured domain, (Solaris instance). The SGCN interface was introduced to
allow connection between the System Controller Serial interface and the virtual
console of each domain. The SunFire High and MidRange Servers systems do not
employ a traditional serial interface, (ttya/ttyb), to the domains. The SGCN
device allows domains to be administered via the System Controller (SC).

If the /sgcn device is not used for input and output device settings, and
error will register on the console upon boot:

install-console ERROR: no such device,
LED write value = 0 x 4, 4
