Purpose

The purpose of this document is to explain alert SPX86A-8003-DG for the Oracle ZFS Storage Appliances.

Please Note: The information in this document is also applicable to ZFS-SA systems deployed within Engineered Systems (Exalogic, Exadata, SuperCluster etc.)

 

Details

Symptom:  The power is configured for AC Low-Line power into the ZFS when it should be configured for AC High Power (240VAC).

Resolution:

1.  Check that power is properly configured for High AC Power (240 VAC).

2.  Verify site power and that the rack is receiving proper input power.

3.  If the problem is identified and corrected, please clear the event and monitor.

 

In the BUI:  Maintenance -> Problems -> Click on Problem -> Click MARK REPAIRED

In the CLI:  maintenance problems select <problem-id> markrepaired

Engaging a Support Engineer:  Please update your SR if the proposed solution did not fix the issue and a support engineer will then be assigned to assist.
