This Critical Patch Update addressed CVE-2014-3571 and other CVEs associated with OPENSSL. To ensure your system is not vulnerable to these vulnerabilities, ensure that your system is using Tekelec Platform Distribution 7.0.3.0.0 which available on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (OSDC).
