Type: Hardware Fault

Severity: Major

Description

Message id CODE_DOWNLOAD_FAILED indicates a code load (push) was attempted to the device but encountered an error.

Applicable devices: LOC, LOER, LOS, LOB, LOES, LOD, LOX, ROBOT, LON, LOV

Automated Response

Code load will be automatically attempted three times before triggering this event.

Impact

FW will not be updated on device.

Suggested Action for System Administrators

Replace device.

Note: If ASR (Automatic Service Request) has been enabled for this system, a Service Request should already be initiated. If ASR is not enabled and have a valid service contract please contact SL4000 Support to assist in enabling ASR.
